  • Enhancing the Woody Buckner Strategic Transformation Campaign brand and positioning the Strategic Transformation Campaign as the premier source of information, education, events, and opportunities for B2B, value chain, cultural collaboration, strategic client/customer/citizen intended outcomes, operational productivity, financial results, and public service value delivery.
  • Increase the quality and number of product campaigns and, ultimately, shorten the sales cycles.
  • Create awareness of the Woody Buckner Strategic Transformation Campaign brand overall.

The Woody Buckner web portal will reach the following targets; executives in B2B, value chain management, information technology, sales and marketing, distribution management, strategic development, channel management, manufacturing and materials, logistics management, human resources, product management, and engineering management, as well as customers, prospects, industry analysts, media, and academia.

All Strategic Transformation Campaign (STC) materials will carry the same key messaging based on well-researched targeted and personalized copy prior to the first engagement. Messaging will focus on Woody Buckner’s positioning with supporting copy specific to each engagement. Repetition of key messaging concepts in all promotional materials is a key to promoting and communicating the Woody Buckner brand. The messaging communication should be similar in style and format to that of Diplomats and Corporate Executives. It should deliver a powerful message about transformative possibilities

  • Creative Deliverable
    • Visualization Exploration UI Style Sheets Themes: Defined creative UI explorations and developers style sheet(s) themes that were used to define project production consistency. Coordinated with Woody Buckner lead architectures and development team in the research of the creative UI brand. Provided creative recommendations for both company and client.
    • UI Application Plan: Created a comprehensive plan that was implemented on and a modular basis. The project plan determined a timeframe of events and tasks, with functional specification, which outlined in detail how the application will function and flow.
    • Development Specification: Created a comprehensive plan where the programmer/s or Web developer/s begin coding, testing and publishing data. The phase established the data variables, entities and coding procedures that was used throughout the remainder of the project
    • Creative Brand Strategy: Developed initial look and feel for a new website portal. Proposed creative branding that could be used to modify the on-going online creative marketing campaign.
    • User Experience and User Interface: Coordinate with Lead Architect and development team on the site structure of how the content is navigated and presented in a simple and easy to understand methodology.
    • Optimized Content Collaboration: Coordinate with Lead Architect and development team to create the initial version of content that positions the Woody Buckners’ training program correctly, plus define levels of content accessed by different users
